Ingredients
3ozClub soda, or more
2ozGin (Old Tom or dry gin)
1ozLemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 1/2tspConfectioners' sugar
Garnish, as desired
Instructions
Combine the lemon juice and confectioners' sugar in the bottom of a tall collins glass and stir to dissolve the sugar. Add the gin. Fill the glass up to the top with ice and top off the ice with club soda. Garnish as you will, perhaps with a twist of lemon, a maraschino cherry and a sprig of mint
